In a century in which almost all daily practices are digitalized, it is so significant to recognize the relationship between the brain’s cognitive capacity and how it has been affected by the digital design of the products that people use every day. On their smartphones, electronic tablets, and on the internet, so many people come across different design templates and strategies on distinct platforms. When it comes to kids, the role and the impact of digital design is even more intense for their development since the kids between the age of 2 and 10 are deemed to gain physical experience and improve their cognitive capacities by doing different physical activities during the day. This is the way that their limbic system improves their cognitive capacities. So far we have worked with several companies such as CognitiveKids, SmartKids, Toys’n’Kids and MentalUp which offer digitally designed content for the kids that can be as effective as physical activities. Among these companies, MentalUP offers the best digital design and content for kids’ cognitive development. Especially the games for 4 year olds that are offered by the MentalUP which are designed with different colors, rich vocabulary, and creative riddles for the kids, support the development of the limbic system along with their memory.

Digital World Offers Digital Games for Improving Kids’ Cognitive Capacities

Digital design contributes to improving kids’ cognitive capacities as much as physical activities do. For kids between the age of 2 and 10, it is quite important to gain visual experience to develop better functioning neural pathways. Identifying different colors, recalling specific suffixes or even words, matching the words with their meaning in the real world, realizing the differences between opposites, singing out loud, or completing a small task that is given by a superior are some examples of the activities that are offered by the digital games for the kids.
